These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Centureum platform, including its products, services, features, and account functionalities. By registering for, accessing, or using Centureum, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Centureum platform.
Centureum operates as a digital asset staking and earning platform. The platform does not provide trading, exchange, brokerage, or speculative investment services. Centureum’s services are focused on structured earning subscriptions, wallet-related services, internal transfers, and other account functionalities made available through the platform.
To use Centureum services, users must register an account and provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to access digital asset services within their applicable jurisdiction. Each user is responsible for protecting their login credentials, passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), and security PIN. Centureum may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where information is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or otherwise violates platform requirements.
Centureum provides fixed-duration earning subscription plans, including plans such as 360-day subscriptions, with predefined earning structures. Earning rates, including examples such as 24%, 48% APY, and up to approximately 61.5% APY, depend on the selected subscription plan and are not based on short-term market movements. APY rates offered through subscription plans are variable and may be revised at the company’s discretion. Centureum reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust applicable APY rates at any time. Centureum does not guarantee the fiat or market value of any digital asset. The quantity of the subscribed asset, as specified by the applicable plan, remains subject to compliance reviews and platform rules.
Users may choose to enable or disable Auto Subscription features. When enabled, a subscription may automatically enter a new earning cycle after the current cycle is completed. When disabled, reinvestment or continuation may still take place according to the specific terms of the selected plan. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding their subscription settings before activation.
Cancellation requests are handled according to the applicable Centureum platform policies. If a cancellation request is approved during the first subscription cycle before the plan reaches completion, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply. In certain circumstances, a 15-day cooling period may be initiated for requests made after the second cycle. During this period, the cancellation request remains under review. Once the cooling period is completed, the request will be processed automatically without a cancellation fee for that cooling period; however, royalty earnings will not be credited during the cooling period, and the subscription will otherwise continue under its original terms.
Centureum reserves the right to revise, amend, or update its cancellation policies at its discretion and at any time.
Subscription refunds are not automatic. Where applicable, refunds are processed strictly according to the terms of the relevant subscription plan. Centureum does not provide refunds for losses caused by changes in the market value of digital assets, and completed subscription cycles are non-refundable.
A subscription may continue through applicable cycles and is not automatically refundable. Users wishing to cancel a subscription must submit a cancellation request through the platform. Where permitted, the applicable amount may be utilized from the user’s earning wallet according to the prevailing subscription terms.
Users may access internal transfers, wallet transfers, and cryptocurrency withdrawals where such features are permitted. All withdrawals may be subject to security verification, AML reviews, and platform approval. Centureum is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect blockchain network selection, or user-related errors.
Users must keep their passwords, OTPs, and security PINs confidential and must never share them with third parties. Security PINs should not be stored on local or unsecured devices. Centureum may restrict or suspend accounts when suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abnormal activity is identified. Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and account credentials.
Platform activity may be reviewed under applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements. Where funds are suspected of being associated with illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activity, Centureum may freeze assets, restrict withdrawals, suspend subscriptions, or withhold, adjust, or debit funds where required by applicable compliance procedures or law. AML and compliance requirements take precedence over conflicting platform terms.
Centureum may debit, adjust, withhold, or recover funds associated with disputes, policy violations, security incidents, or compliance matters. Disputes will be handled according to applicable platform procedures, policies, and governing law.
Centureum communicates with users through registered email addresses, system notifications, and platform alerts. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and updated. Centureum is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated, incorrect, or inaccessible contact information.
Use of the Centureum platform is undertaken at the user’s own risk. Centureum is not responsible for losses resulting from digital asset market volatility, blockchain network delays, third-party service interruptions, technical failures, or user negligence, misuse, or incorrect actions.
Centureum may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where these Terms are violated, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or where legal, regulatory, security, or compliance obligations require such action.
Centureum reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms from time to time. Continued access to or use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
